I want to see tracking results as they happen and not wait until the next day.

There is a difference between the items that went through the workflow and items that just landed in the "Done" column without real action. The latter makes metrics like delivery rate a little less accurate.

If a ticket has capitalizable hours but is not linked to an Epic, then only the ticket # is shown next to those hours and "Epic is undefined". This requires an additional step to find out what work was capitalizable by opening up that ticket.

Automatic time capturing is wonderful, but we need more control and here is why ...

Need a guidance/solution for teams practicing pair programming.

For larger teams, there is a need to organize the review process. We are planning to add an interface where you can assign certain people as reviewers. Each reviewer will have its own subset of the Bucket's scope.

There is value in being able to set the standard unit of measure across the app in settings or toggle between hours and days at the report level.

Currently, it is impossible to enable workflow metrics for next-gen projects.
