Only track users within an AllowList for a given project

As a company with multiple Jira projects and multiple teams working across project, I would like the ability to define which users contributions are tracked in each project so that Quantify is beneficial to all teams, but there's no cross-pollination of data.
Currently, Quantify seems to track hours for all users contributing to a project so long as that user is active.

Travis, thank you for your request. Sorry, I'm not entirely sure what do you mean. There is a project-scoped view and the global view across all the projects.
